Spring is here. The vaccine is available. People are scheduling events and making travel plans. But for many others, nothing will change. Their actions will still be limited. They will still be living a solo existence. For many – life will continue along the same path.
We also know something about that path for those living alone. Those along the Spectacular life journey will view the path much differently. We understand that living alone gives us the luxury of self-reflection on our own timeline. The solitude gives us latitude to explore: our skills, our motivations, our fears, our shortcomings, our goals, desires, regrets, losses, our Spectacularness.
We know that our mindset draws out the Spectacular in us. We know that our determination to be so makes us Spectacular. We know that despite what may be going on around us, we will continue. We will continue to embrace. We will continue to explore. We will continue to celebrate. We will continue to encourage. We will continue to grow in Spectacular ways.
We will continue along the path of Spectacular. Happy Spectacular spring!
Sixty and Spectacularly Solo - Yes! 
Wanda, You are truly a spectacular woman and a wonderful friend whom I cherish. I feel I must share with you and everyone else that I have totally given up limiting my plans just because I am solo at this time. I will travel, go to events, and whatever else I want with friends or solo. I refuse to let the nagging feeling that I can’t do something just because I am a single woman stop me. There may be a few exceptions for safety reasons but there are a lot more opportunities than exceptions. So let’s put on our big girl panties and go enjoy life.
